Technical requirements for mushroom cultivation1. The temperature range for mycelial growth is 5-24 ℃, with the optimal temperature being 24-27 ℃. However, due to the protective effect of wood, mushroom wood can safely survive in cold mountainous areas with temperatures below -20 ℃ or low altitude areas above 40 ℃, and the mycelium will not die. Mushrooms are low temperature and variable temperature fruiting mushrooms. Mushroom primordia differentiate at 8-21 ℃, and differentiate best at 10-12 ℃. The fruiting body develops within the range of 5-24 ℃, with 8-16 ℃ being the optimal temperature. Within the appropriate range of the same variety, at lower temperatures (10-12 ℃), the development of the fruiting body is slow, the stipe is short, the flesh is thick, and the quality is good; At high temperatures (above 20 ℃), the fruiting body develops quickly, the fungal stalk is long, the fungal flesh is thin, and the quality is poor. Under constant temperature conditions, shiitake mushrooms do not form fruiting bodies.2. The optimal moisture content for mycelial growth in sawdust culture medium is 60-70%; The appropriate moisture content in mushroom wood is 32-40%, and the survival rate is not high when inoculated below 32%. Under conditions of 10% -15%, the growth of mycelium is extremely poor. During the formation of fruiting bodies, the moisture content of mushroom wood should be maintained at around 60%, and the air humidity should be 80-90%.3. Nutritional shiitake mushrooms are a type of wood rot fungus, mainly composed of carbohydrates and nitrogen-containing compounds, as well as a small amount of inorganic salts and vitamins. The various nutrients in mushroom wood and culture medium can only be absorbed and utilized by shiitake mushrooms when dissolved in water.
